• How do I make a purchase?

    Once you’ve found what you were looking for, just click the ‘ADD TO CART’ button. Once you’ve clicked ‘ADD TO CART’ you will arrive at the checkout page where you will see a review of what is in your cart. Here you have the chance to proceed the checkout process by clicking the ‘CHECKOUT’ button or continue shopping by clicking the ‘continue shopping’ button.

  • What do I need to do before I place my order?

    Because our accessories are made for specific devices, it’s really important that you are 100% certain of which device you have before you place your order. If you’re not, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you. It’s easier for us to help you out before you order than afterwards, so please feel free to ask us anything you like.

  • How to use promotional codes?

    When you go to check-out after you added your items to your card, you’ll see a “Promotion Code” box underneath the order total. Type the promotional code into the box and press apply, simple as that!

Production Lead Time

All of Bambooti’s products are handcrafted. Please allow us a couple days to process your order. We usually rely on maximum 3 business days to get your order (depending on the product) ready for shipment.

We have a make to order model where your ordered products will be crafted at the time the order is placed successfully.

Delivery time and Shipping costs.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Please note that depending on where you are in the world, there may be additional duties, fees or taxes raised by the authorities in your country. You may need to take care of them when receiving the shipment. By abandoning the package, the customer forfeits refund or replacement options.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two weeks.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@bambooti.be.


Bambooti insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods is passed on to you. In case you are not the receiver (example: a gift order), the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package. We use Bpost Belgium to process all orders.

Track and Trace

Once your package is ready for dispatch you will receive a shipping notification with tracking information by email. In case you lost your tracking number, please reach out to us and mention your email and order number.


Our return policy lasts 30 days.
Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if 30 days have passed by since your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The shipping cost for returns will be at the expense of the customer.
